Terms of use

Using the Ziryqo website or Terminal means accepting these terms. They are short because they are honest.

1 · What this is

An informational interface to an experimental on-chain token. The site does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or act as your broker, adviser or fiduciary. Every transaction is authored, signed and paid for by you, in your own wallet, under your own judgment.

2 · No advice, no offer

Nothing here is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy any asset in any jurisdiction. Figures labelled as targets are targets, not promises. Historical numbers are history, not forecasts.

3 · Risk, stated plainly

  • $ZIRYQO is experimental. Its price can go to zero.
  • “Backing per token” is a redeemable net asset value. It can fall in dollar terms. It is not a price guarantee.
  • The holder stream depends on trading volume, which can be zero.
  • Smart contracts can contain defects. Audits reduce risk; nothing eliminates it.
  • Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose. Ever.

4 · Your responsibilities

  • Verify every contract address independently before interacting with it — from more than one source.
  • Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction; where such tokens are restricted, do not use them.
  • Secure your own keys. Transactions are irreversible.

5 · No warranty, limited liability

The site and Terminal are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this interface, the token, or the chain it lives on — including loss of funds, data, or profit.

6 · Intellectual property & affiliation

Site content is © 2026 Ziryqo. Ziryqo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., Uniswap Labs, Paxos, or any entity named descriptively on these pages.

7 · Changes

These terms may change; the “updated” date above changes with them. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the change.
